• Pizarro was the only Level Six prisoner amongst the Blackbeard Pirates not to be mentioned by Emporio Ivankov. He is also the only new recruit to not be wearing a striped prisoner's uniform at the time of his debut. Whether this is a coincidence or not has not been made clear.

As a symbol of his heroic deeds, Koby's status as a hero earned him a 5-star bounty from the Cross Guild, amounting to 500,000,000 Beli. He also stands as an ally of Luffy during the Romance Dawn Arc.
